Got questions?

Standard turnaround time is up to 14 business days. Rush orders needed within 7 days are available for an additional $25 rush fee. Please note your deadline in the order form and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Absolutely! Our order form lets you select multiple product categories in one submission. Shirts, party favors, fans, and more — all in the same order.
Yes! You can choose a color for each individual size. A black Youth Small and a white Adult Large in the same order? No problem at all.
All custom items are non-refundable once production has begun. If there is an error on our end, we will absolutely make it right. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Yes! We offer local pickup in Jacksonville, FL and shipping nationwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order size and added to your invoice.
No worries! You can upload inspiration images, share a link, or describe your vision in the order form. We will take it from there and bring your idea to life.
Payment is collected securely through the order form using Square. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Production does not begin until payment is confirmed.
